Equipment Warranty & Return Policy
We warranty all equipment from manufacture defects for 1 year. We provide a 30 Day customer satisfaction guaranty. If for any reason the product you get from us does not meet your satisfaction we will give a full refund of the original amount minus shipping if returned within the first 30 days after receiving the product.
Software
Each device comes with one firmware license. It is prohibited to be used in any device not purchased from us. Copying and reproducing our firmware is strictly a violation of the purchase agreement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Wholesale Inquiries
If you would like to sell our product directly to your customers. We have a reseller opportunity which offers a discount on 10 or more units purchased.
